After a successful volunteer programme at the 5th ECTMIH in Amsterdam, we continue the programme and welcome all volunteers who want to see behind the curtain.

Volunteering at the Congress includes the following areas:

  • Opening Ceremony
  • Badge Control
  • Session Rooms
  • Traffic Flow
  • Questions & Answers
  • Poster Exhibition


Prior to the Congress:
Stuffing Congress Bags on Saturday 05.09.2009

All Volunteers will receive:

  • free entry to all Congress sessions, you can attend sessions prior to and after your shift
  • free lunch/ coffee/ soft drinks
  • volunteer T-Shirt
  • volunteer certificate of attendance
